Brake pads for trucks just before packing

Commercial vehicle brake pads

Our main focus is to produce high quality brake pads with excellent braking performance. We use 28 components in our friction material so we can guarantee great stopping power, long lifetime, no noise during braking period and comfort braking. All our backing plates are with small extruded hooks molded into friction material for shear strength above OE braking pads.

Bramus ceramic brake pads are state of the art brake pads, with no noise, no sqeal, no dust and superior braking performance. Heat resistance up to 650C

Brake disks for commercial vehicles

Our brake disks are made to meet OEM demands!

We use high quality materials in our production and a high-tech machines and equipment to deliver a perfect brake disk.

A complete range for trucks, busies, trailers and LCV's for a intensive use and in a full weight for a safe braking.

Brake disks for passenger cars

We have developed highest quality, great performance, vibration-free, decromat brake disks for passenger cars.

We use decromat surface treatment to achieve high performance, better heat resistance, corrosion protection, longer lifetime and a better look even after a long a period of time.

As of coating treatment all our brake disks are ready to use: mount them directly from the box!

BRAKE CHAMBERS

Highest quality of brake chambers we acomplished by contionuous testings under toughest conditions! All our brake chambers has passed:

- Test control for air leak after mounting on production line

-From every production charge we take few samples for testing on duration test machine

- Special testing in salt spray test box for checking corosion and simulating toughest Nordic road conditions

We use higest quality original parts, Aluminium body and precison machines so we could give

a warranty for every our product!

BRAKE CALIPER PARTS

For the good braking performance, brake caliper parts are crucial!

Now on the market there are plenty of brands offering all kinds of spare parts for brake calipers, but in the real conditions, there are a lot of problems for mechanics with those parts.

Bramus automotive brake caliper parts for Knorr, Wabco, Meritor, Haldex, SAF are all tested on a real calipers for a perfect fitting!

Material for all seals is a high quality silicone for a long-life products and metal parts are made and tested on newest machines and laser testers.
